From 2004 Onwards
- Developed and led for 10 years a highly successful school marketing and fundraising function. Income Generation £60,000 in first year rising to £1,500,000 in 2013 to 2014
- Delivered a Programme of Community Outreach Programmes supported by business through CSR.
- Created People Awards in the form of Scholarships for Alumni, Students, and Teachers.
- Led Community Projects for unique and visionary developments in sports, and science and engineering. Project management includes science, tennis and auditorium refurbishment for a state school and raising capital project funding for Tennis, Cricket and FutureTech
- Added value through high profile Major Events – these events include founding The Andrew Reed Debate in the Guildhall on Overcoming Child deprivation and Disadvantage with over 600 guests
- Encouraged Local Authority, state and independent school partnerships and models of community investment for children in care or on the edge of care – hence the belief in “One Education Sector”.
- Involved external organisations from Business, Education, Charity and Sport
2015
Founded BECSLink a social enterprise
2019
Established The Tim Henman Foundation as part of BECSLink and then managed a restructure creating RMG Associates and The Tim Henman Foundation as independent organisations.
2020
Developed community investment programmes attracting additional voluntary income to support children, families and communities with above the national average Pupil Premium and Free School Meal Scores.
2021 onwards
RMG Associates cross sector working and social investment work now extends nationally
