We do so need to view our education system as a single entity … One Education Sector …. Both sectors can learn and benefit form each other. Only in this way can we all achieve the principles that we so regularly promote as benchmarks for all organisations …. Inclusivity, Equality and Diversity. Talent must prevail ..
