Palantir Technologies build some of the world’s leading platforms for data-driven operations and decision-making. Our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, locate missing children, counter near-peer threats, and more.
Palantir Technologies are establishing an exciting work experience opportunity for current Year 12/Lower Sixth students (finishing their A Level or equivalent studies in the summer of 2023). This work experience programme takes the format of a three-day summer bootcamp that aims to introduce students to various careers in tech, while also teaching both technical and analytical skills through interactive sessions. Over the course of the bootcamp, students will gain a better understanding of foundational technical skills (eg. SQL, Python, PySpark, Databases) and how we can use data to solve real world problems.
This will take place in our London office between 25th-27th July, and we are able to reimburse students for travel up to £50 per day. We will also provide breakfast and lunch during the day.
Palantir would love it if you could send round this opportunity to your STEM students as our applications are now open until Monday 13th June. This is a great experience that can be included in CVs and personal statements, as well as being a great chance for students to work out whether a career in tech is for them and to chat with our engineers about their journeys through university onwards.
