Brilliant to witness students engaging in ASP Belong research at Raynes Park High School

The level of student participation was unreal. They could have been watching Jack Draper beat Taylor Fritz … !!!

Project Lina … better known as Augmented Social Play ASPBelong seeks to immerse the students in the trials and tribulations of fellow virtual student Lina. Lina absents herself from school and the students have to respond to stimuli sent to their mobile phones. The activity builds teamwork and belonging, as well as developing the students understanding of mental well-being. They also see science in action …

The mood in the classroom was dynamic and ever changing – was Lina’s Mum the best Mum? .. Could and should Lina have tried harder to make friends ? …. The magic was in the mood and the students involvement in trying to help their fellow student Lina. Learning by doing … love it …

It will be great to report on progress at “The Beyond The Gates Workshop” @UnicornTheatre on Tuesday
